From 4to 10 August 2019 we helped the association Einigkeit 4 in Polenz – 20 km east of Leipzig. We cleared the mountain camp and put floor stones, we were able to finish the straw clay wrapping ceiling in the horse stable and apply clay plaster, we painted a floor 3x, we helped with the inventory of agricultural equipment, we scratched loose material from the joints of the "dandruff" and after straining a sufficiently large opening we put a window, we stood around old wooden beams in the barn , we loaded a container with construction debris, we rusted steel beams and old barn boundaries – painted these and also the walls in the pigsty.
In our free time we went swimming a lot in the Altenhain quarry, visited the WorkCamp of the Ecumenical Youth Services in Engelsdorf-Sommerfeld, were fed up at the ice dinner at the Lilly Vanilly in Waldsteinberg, were to the diving taster course in the Westbruch Waldsteinberg and had a nice final evening with classical concert of our hosts Mariko Mitsuyu and Adam Jones…
