a protection declaration is intended to inform users of this website in accordance with the Church Law about the data protection of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD-Privacy Law-DSG-EKD) and the Telemedia Law on the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the WorkCamp team of the Evangelical Lutheran Parish of Machern-Püchau-Bennewitz, Dorfstr. 15, 04827 Machern.

We, the website operator or page provider, charge on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f. Access data
We – the WorkCamp team collect through the site provider, on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f. GDPR) data about access to the site and the page provider stores it as “server log files”. The following data is logged:

The data collected is only used for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. However, the WorkCamp team reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively should concrete indications indicate illegal use.

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons in order to be able to investigate cases of abuse . If data has to be revoked for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident is finally resolved.
